The item came in a decent time frame. The packaging wasn’t good, in plastic, screws in plastic also which one of the screws put a dent on a piece of wood. I emailed customer service and got Julie. Very nice and efficient, she had a new piece sent to me, it wasn’t perfect but I’ll keep it. Packing needs to be looked at, too much for shipping, the item should be listed at $29.99 and no more.

I have purchased several items from Bambino, rocking chairs, horses, step-stools, and have loved them all. However, on my last purchase of a step-stool the design wore off within about 6 months. I have purchased another step-stool so we'll see how the design fares this time on the stool (not worried about the peg/shelf ;-)!

Wonderful step stool for little ones. Strong construction and very nice personalized graphics. The Company is very responsible also. When a defect was discovered in the first stool delivered, they immediately completed another and shipped it out! Will buy from again as more grandchildren arrive!
