Delivery Issues
Orders not recieved
Our shippers will occassionally mark an order delivered the day before it is. If 24 hrs pass and you still do not have your order - ask your neighbors, then contact us. If the shipper was USPS, please contact your local postal office or carrier, as they will often have the shipment.
Returned Shipments
Shipments returned due to refusal or invalid addresses can be resent once they are returned to us. The cusomer is responsible for the additional shipping charge.
Non Continental US
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO & APO
Shipping to these destinations may cost more. Simply select ground when checking out. We will be in touch if there are additional costs.
International Shipping
We are equipped to ship internationally but find the shipping cost often exceeds the merchandise cost and takes longer to arrive.
Customs and duties may be applied at their destination and are the responsibility of the recipient

We continue our speedy turnaround throughout all holiday seasons. Cut off dates will be clearly posted for major holidays. We do not have control over our shippers and delivery speed so we highly encourage ordering early to avoid any delays.
