How to Order?

Ordering Online - MyBambino Shopping Cart uses an online "shopping cart". Your shopping cart/bag holds all of your products until you are ready to actually purchase. Don't worry, adding additional personalized gifts and other items to your shopping bag does not mean you have to buy them. You can explore various lettering colors, styles and messages and add these designs to your shopping bag without commitment to order. Your shopping cart page will display, showing you everything you have added so far, and all of the personalization options for each item.

Choosing Personalization Options

Personalization instructions will be displayed for each item once you select "Personalize It". Follow the prompts. Where applicable, select the number of lines. Select 1 Line if you want just a name on single line of text. Select 2 or 3 Lines if you want to add a second name, date or short message in addition to the name. Each line will give you the option to 1.) Type in the name/message in the text box 2.) Select the lettering color for that line and 3.) Select the lettering style/font for that line. In most cases a preview will display your selection. Once you are satisfied with your creation, you can Add to Cart.

For Hand Painted Items: Items are done by hand, so there is not font/lettering style option and paint colors are limited but you may still be prompted to select a design and lettering color.

Please note: The personalization options for each of our products often varies.

Quantities & Editing Your Order

You may change the quantities of any item in your cart by clicking in the "Quantity" box and typing in a new number. Verify the new quantities by clicking the "Recalculate" button. Your order totals will recalculate, and you may continue shopping. Keep in mind that by doing this, you will receive more than one of the same items, personalized the same way. If you need two or more items, personalized in different ways, you must go back to the item within the website and click "Order" again. Now, a second item will show in your cart with a whole new set of personalization options. You can always change your design options at any time during your shopping process. Nothing is set in stone until you finalize your order. Feel free to browse and take your time deciding on designs and styles for your personalized products. There's plenty of opportunities to change things later.

Assembly Option

To keep shipping cost more affordable, many furniture items ship unassembled. Some of these products have the option to have our staff preassembled them before they ship for a small fee. Assembly instructions can be seen for each item on the Assembly Page.

Gift Wrap & Gift Messages

We are a gift company and do not have any prices on our packing slips. All orders have the option to be shipped directly to the gift recipient. For no additional charge, you can add a personalized gift message that will be included on the packing slip. Gift Wrap is available for most items for an additional $4.99. 


Custom Designs

When our production schedule allows, the talented staff at My Bambino accepts special design requests. There are additional fees for this service, starting at $8 for color changes to existing My Bambino designs and more for more elaborate color changes and/or custom work. We have a limited color pallet and established style but are still capable of meeting many requests, including matching room decor, bedding, personalized messages, and special interest/s. While every effort will be made to meet your design needs, please be aware that it is difficult to interpret verbal and written request precisely and therefore these orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Monograms & Initials

When selecting a style for your monogram, the order of initials varies according to the style. When the center letter is taller than the others, the order of initials is traditionally first/last/middle. For example, say the child's name is Rylan James Bolton, the monogram would be RBJ. For styles in which all letters are equal in size, the order of initials should be first/middle/last. In this case, the monogram would be RJB. For the Circle Monogram, typically the initial is the first letter of the foreground name. Click here for all items eligible for Monograms or Just Names.

Birth Information & Messages

We now offer the option of messages and birth information on many of our items in addition to the name, making each gift even MORE special. Please note that this information will be done as it is submitted, so take care in typing in the correct information. Occasionally on our Hand-Painted Piggy Banks we are limited on space and may have to abbreviate dates and birth information. Also on the hand painted items, it is artist discretion as to where this information is placed among the design.

We personalized very quickly, aiming to have your order customized just for you and shipped in 1-3 days. We ship from Delaware and use USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do offer an EXPRESS service if needed sooner for an additional $11.99 for order. The Express service puts your order ahead of production and then will ship the fastest method available.

Express Shipping

We personalized very quickly and aim to get customers their orders in 1-2 weeks (usually faster), shipping from Delaware. If your order is needed sooner, we offer an EXPRESS service for an additional $11.99 for order. The Express service puts your order ahead of production and then will ship the fastest method available. Express orders are delivered in 1-6 business days from date ordered. At this time, we do not have access to overnight delivery.

May I pick up my order?

We love our local customers and encourage them to pick up their orders at our Milford warehouse/showroom location. For pickup orders, simply select "local pick up " at checkout. Once the order is placed, email us stating when you wish to pick up. 

APO/FPO Address

If you have a U. S. billing address and are shipping to an APO/FPO military address, simply proceed with ground shipping during checkout.

International Shipping

We are equipped to ship internationally but shipping outside of the continental United States is pricey. Customs and duties may be applied to these shipments at their destination. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping quotes can be provided if you email us the product you are interested in and the exact address to:

Multiple Addresses

Orders being shipped to different addresses must be placed as separate orders in order to assure the correct item goes to the correct recipient.


Shipping surcharges MAY apply to assembled/oversized items and/or orders shipping to the US West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy

Personalized items are not eligible to be returned as they customized to order and unable to be resold. We aim for customer satisfaction, take pride in our product, and do all we can to properly represent and make your order. We will correct any order that is not done correctly or is sub-par.

Changing/Cancelling an Order

Typically orders go into production within 1 business day of receipt. If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order is not done, we will make the revision. If the order is done, we can recreate it for a small additional fee. Once orders leave our facility, we are unable to make any changes, including the shipping address.


We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack all orders. Still damages occasionally occur. Damages need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt, as we have limited time to file a claim with our shipper. Please email order number, photos of the damaged item, its packaging and affected part numbers to We will immediately send replacements.

If products are damaged during assembly or use, we are often able to sell replacements/parts for a small fee.


Incorect Orders

As humans go, we occasionally make mistakes. If we make an error in spelling, design or item, please contact us immediately by email (provide order number, item and description of error). We will correct this immediately.

If the mistake is made by our wonderful (also human) customer, it can be easily fixed. In most cases, we have replacement parts that can be purchased at cost or we will replace the order for a discounted price.

What Information We Collect & Why

We collect personal information primarily so that we may process your order, but also so that we may personalize your purchases and make your shopping experience as unique as possible. In addition to personal information collected for purposes of processing your order, we may ask for the following information:
Billing and Shipping Information
During the checkout process, we ask for certain personal information - name, address, e-mail, telephone number and credit card information - all of which are necessary for us to process your order and ship it to you. Basic personal information such as name, address and telephone number, but not credit card numbers, may be transmitted to contracted third parties (UPS, FedEx, etc.) solely for the purpose of shipping your order. As described above, ordering with MyBambino is safe and secure because we use Secure Socket Layer Technology which encrypts the information you send to us. This information cannot be decrypted during transmission and is decoded on MyBambino's secure server, which cannot be accessed by 3rd parties. MyBambino may also use this information to send you our printed catalog or other announcements via postal mail.
Personalization Information
In order to hand-personalize each product, MyBambino requires that you submit certain private information to us for most items. This may consist of your child's name(s) or age(s), birthdate(s), etc. This information is used only to personalize your purchases and is held strictly confidential.
E-mail Addresses
During the checkout process, we collect your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is used only so that you may receive offers and announcements via e-mail from MyBambino, and is not forwarded to any third parties.

MyBambino uses a feature of your Internet web browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. MyBambino creates and then uses these cookie files to track your cart contents and to recognize you when you return to MyBambino's site. Cookies cannot be used by MyBambino to retrieve any personal information about you unless you have previously purchased from MyBambino. Care of Your Personalized Gift

Hand Painted Piggy Banks

Harsh cleaning supplies and chemicals in lotions can affect the paint. Banks should be dusted with a clean dry or damp cloth, not cleaning agents. When handling, be sure that hands are free of sunscreen or other bath lotions.

Hand -Painted Furniture

Harsh cleaning supplies and chemicals in lotions can affect the paint over time. Use a soft clean cloth (wet or dry) to clean your furniture pieces. Be sure child is free of sunscreen or bath products when using furniture pieces. All furniture is for indoor use only.

Printed Furnitue and Decor Items

Our imprinted items (stools, bookends, rockers, tables, growth charts, etc.) are personalized with a high-tech printer, using permanent, non-toxic inks. There is not special care needed for these items. Like with most items, they will last longer if used in a gentle fashion. All items are for indoor use only.

Ceramic Bowls, Plates & Mugs

Our personalized Ceramic Bowls are food safe and dishwasher safe. Take care that the personalization is not harshly scratched with utensils.

Bibs & Apparel

Bibs, Apparel and Bags can all be machine washed and dried unless the tags state otherwise.
