Material
Natural Caddies are made of real rubber wood.
White Caddies are made of sturdy manufactured wood (MDF) painted white.
- All finishes, paint and stains, are non-toxic and lead-free.
- The personalization is applied via a high tech printing process using non-toxic permanent inks.
Assembly
Easy assembly reguired. All needed hardware and easy to follow instructions are included with links to video tutorials.
For a small additional fee we can assemble before shipping so it arrives ready to display & use.
Gift Wrap
We can gifrt wrap your gift for am additional fee. Unassembled, the item will be boxed and gift wrapped in quality paper. Assembled the caddy will be cello wrapped. Both wrappings are tied with a satin bow and finished with a hand written gift card.
Product Care
We understand that kids make messes. Simply wipe with a dry or damp smooth cloth. Harsh cleaning chemicals can effect the chair's finish over time.

Oversized furniture items shipping to the west coast may incur a surcharge. You will be notified before your order is produced if this occurs.
Express Service
Need it sooner? We offer EXPRESS Service that puts your order in the front of the production line and often ships same day for an additional $12.
Returns
Personalized items are not eligible for return, as they are customized to order and unable to be resold. We take pride in our products and services and aim for TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We do all we can to properly represent and create your order. We will correct any order that is not done correctly or is sub-par.
DAMAGES:Â We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack all orders. Still damages occasionally occur. Damages need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt, as claims need to be filed with our shipper. Please email order number, photos of the damaged item, its packaging and affected part numbers to office@mybambino.com. We will immediately send replacements.
If products are damaged during assembly or use, we are often able to sell replacements/parts for a small fee.
ORDER ERRORS:Â As humans go, we occasionally make mistakes. If we make an error in spelling, design or item, please contact us immediately by email (provide order number, item and description of error). We will correct this immediately. If the mistake is made by our wonderful (also human) customer, it can be easily fixed. In most cases, we have replacement parts that can be purchased at cost or we will replace the order for a discounted price.
