I purchased a white personalized rocking chair with lavender bows. My granddaughter loves it. This is the second one that I have purchased. I bought one, as a Christmas gift,for my first granddaughter 2 years ago. Hers was a personalized espresso chair with pink and green dots, and loved it so much I purchased one this Christmas for my other granddaughter.

I found the chair to be reasonably priced - I checked many other sites which were comparable but My Bambino offers more customization options than any other site I found which I loved. Also, the express shipping was reasonable - I used it and got my chair exactly when I needed it. I will definitely order another chair from My Bambino!

I ordered a rocking chair for our first Grandaughter. When I received the chair, it had the wrong design on it. I was very upset because I really wanted the design I had chosen. I called customer service but received a voicemail which said I had to send a picture and contact them via email. I was really worried that they would not stand by their product. I sent the email right away and to my surprise was contacted the next day and told they would ship the correct rocking chair out right away. She told me that all I had to do was tape up the box and the wrong chair would be picked up! The new chair was delivered in less than a week and my Grandaughter received her rocking chair on Christmas Day! The chair was perfect. Like I said, Great Customer Service! You have my business for many years to come! Thanks again!
