How does SHIPPING work?
TURNAROUND: Every order is made to order in 1-2 days and ships from Delaware via UPS or USPS. You will receive a link to track your order once it leaves our hands. We are unable to intervene with orders once they ship. If your order says it was delivered but you don’t have it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If the order is not located, then contact us.
FREE SHIPPING: on orders over $100 with code: FREESHIP24. Applies to standard shipping in the USA only. Express Shipping and Large furniture items are exempt, such as Rocking Chairs, Toy Boxes and Table & Chair Sets. Only one code can be used at a time.
COST: Shipping with the continental US is based on order total. Oversized furniture items shipping to the west coast may incur a surcharge. You will be notified if this occurs. Check out our rates here:
Shipping Rates
EXPRESS: Your order can be moved to the front of our production line for $15 per order.
INTERNATIONAL: We are equipped to ship internationally but discourage it, as often the shipping charge exceeds the merchandise amount and takes several weeks to arrive. Customs and duties may be applied to these shipments at their destination. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping quotes can be provided if you email us the product you are interested in and the exact address to: office@mybambino.com.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and FPO/APO, may cost more. For these addresses, simply select ground when checking out. We will be in touch if there are additional costs.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
Personalized items are not eligible for return, as they are customized to order and unable to be resold. We take pride in our products and services and aim for TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We do all we can to properly represent and create your order. We will correct any order that is not done correctly or is sub-par.
DAMAGES: We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack all orders. Still damages occasionally occur. Damages need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt, as we have limited time to file a claim with our shipper. Please email order number, photos of the damaged item, its packaging and affected part numbers to office@mybambino.com. We will immediately send replacements.
If products are damaged during assembly or use, we are often able to sell replacements/parts for a small fee.
ORDER ERRORS: As humans go, we occasionally make mistakes. If we make an error in spelling, design or item, please contact us immediately by email (provide order number, item and description of error). We will correct this immediately. If the mistake is made by our wonderful (also human) customer, it can be easily fixed. In most cases, we have replacement parts that can be purchased at cost or we will replace the order for a discounted price.
Can I send this as a GIFT?
Gift Giving is our specialty.
PRICES are NEVER on the packing ship.
Gift Wrap with a Gift Card with your personal message can be added to each item for a small fee.
Want to add a personal GIFT MESSAGE and let them know who the gift is from without gift wrap? In the shopping cart check the box "Gift Message" on the left under your purchase. You can then type your message in the pop up window. This message will be printed on the enclosed packing slip.

Explain HAND PAINTED vs. PRINTED?
Once upon a time every My Bambino gift was hand painted to order. Ironically in recent years as we sought out the safest paints; chemicals in some children's bath products became harsher, impacting the longevity of of the personalization.
Today we will still offer some items hand painted but the majority are printed via a high tech process we are quite proud of. The inks are VIBRANT, NON-TOXIC, LEAD-FREE and PERMANENT.
Hand Painted items state they are hand painted and include a care sheet so the names and designs can stay beautiful forever.
What requires ASSEMBLY?
To keep shipping costs down, many furniture items ship unassembled. All unassembled items include the needed hardware, comprehensive instructions and easy to follow video tutorials that can be found here: Assembly Instructions. Many of our products have the option to be assembled by us before shipping for a small fee.
Do you offer DISCOUNTS & COUPON CODES?
We frequently have sales and promotions. To be eligible, simply sign up for our newsletter. You will immediately receive a code for 10% off your first order and be in the know for future promotions.
