This is the 16th step stool I have ordered for my family members .. they all love them and I can try to get a photo… my last purchase I asked you if your company ever thought about rewarding repeat customers with free shipping or a discount.. a representative responded and did give a put .. credit back to my card .. it wasn’t huge . This was the third personalized step stool that I had ordered as a "new baby" gift; but, it was the first time that an item was delivered with a defect. However, customer service was extremely considerate and replaced the defective stool in a most expedited manner. I would certainly continue to order gifts from My Bambino in the future.

This is the second one of these that we have purchased. Good quality, nice artwork, nice to have storage which my 3yo likes to use to hide things! Hinge doesn't close on little fingers. Relatively easy to assemble. Product arrived well packaged and on time. Highly recommend for little guys who need a boost for the sink or a high bed.

Yes the dimensions are given, but it just seemed a bit smaller then I expected. I debated on ones with a compartment or not and wanted the space. This compartment does NOT go all the way to the ground like one I had bought for my son. It only goes down a few inches to the first step platform. The art work looks fantastic. The design on the name step was an inch off center, but you don't notice it unless you are 'checking it out'. The wood and thickness make is a solid stool.

Ordered this stool for my two year old. It was delivered like, 3 days after I ordered it....I was shocked! It's beautiful! We chose the espresso color with "meadow" scene and it is adorable. My daughter loves using it to brush her teeth and help Mommy in the kitchen. We are extremely pleased with this purchase!

The quality and workmanship of the stools I chose were very sturdy and perfect for my two grandkids. However, they messed up my grandson's order with an entirely different design than what I had chosen and I had to contact them to reorder the correct choice. Also be careful when choosing the wrapping choice. I paid for both to be wrapped at $4.95 reach and they were just placed in lavender cellophane large wrap bags. So even with verifying all information beforehand, which I did, you still might not get the finished right product.
